1. Legal Notice

1.1 Identification Details

In compliance with the Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following information is provided:

1.2 Purpose

This legal notice governs the use of the Doodle Road Fury mobile application (hereinafter «the Application»), an arcade racing entertainment game available for Apple iOS devices.

1.3 Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content within the Application, including but not limited to source code, graphics, designs, animations, sound effects and texts, is the property of Eduardo Revilla Vaquero or is used with due authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the Application’s content without the express written authorization of the owner is prohibited.

1.4 Liability

The owner shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to device damage, data loss or service interruptions. The Application is provided «as is» without warranties of any kind.

1.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the access or use of the Application shall be submitted to the competent courts.

2.2 Personal Data We Collect

Doodle Road Fury does not collect, store or transmit any personal data from its users.

The Application:

  • Does not require registration or account creation.
  • Does not request name, email address or any other personal data.
  • Does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
  • Does not include third-party analytics services.
  • Does not contain advertising or advertising modules.
  • Does not connect to the internet or transmit data to external servers.
  • Does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, location or any other device sensor or data.

2.3 Locally Stored Data

The Application only stores the player’s high score in the device’s local storage (localStorage). This data:

  • Is stored exclusively on the user’s device.
  • Is not transmitted to any external server.
  • Cannot be used to identify the user in any way.
  • Is automatically deleted when the Application is uninstalled.

2.4 Data Shared with Third Parties

Doodle Road Fury does not share any data with third parties, as it does not collect any data whatsoever.

2.5 Security

Since the Application does not collect or transmit personal data, there are no risks associated with data processing. The only stored data (high score) remains entirely on the user’s device.

2.6 User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD), users have the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting edu.revilla.vaquero@gmail.com.

However, since no personal data is collected, there is no information on which to exercise these rights.

2.7 Children

Doodle Road Fury is not specifically targeted at children, although its content is suitable for all audiences. As no personal data is collected, no children’s data is processed.

2.8 Changes to this Privacy Policy

The owner reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
