1.2 Purpose

This legal notice governs the use of the Doodle Road Fury mobile application (hereinafter «the Application»), an arcade racing entertainment game available for Android devices on Google Play.

1.3 Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content within the Application, including but not limited to source code, graphics, designs, animations, sound effects and texts, is the property of Eduardo Revilla Vaquero or is used with due authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the Application’s content without the express written authorization of the owner is prohibited.

1.4 Liability

The owner shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to device damage, data loss or service interruptions. The Application is provided «as is» without warranties of any kind.

1.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the access or use of the Application shall be submitted to the competent courts.

2.2 Personal Data We Collect

The developer (Eduardo Revilla Vaquero) does not collect or store any personal data on its own servers.

However, the Android version of the Application contains advertising provided by Google AdMob. For the sole purpose of serving ads, AdMob may collect and process the following information:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising Identifier).
• Approximate location derived from IP address.
• Device information (model, operating system version, language).
• Interaction with the ads displayed.

The Application does NOT:

• Require registration or account creation.
• Request your name, email address or any other personal data directly.
• Access the camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or any other device sensor.
• Connect to any backend operated by the developer.

2.3 Locally Stored Data

The Application only stores the player’s high score in the device’s local storage (localStorage). This data:

• Is stored exclusively on the user’s device.
• Is not transmitted to any external server.
• Cannot be used to identify the user in any way.
• Is automatically deleted when the Application is uninstalled.

2.4 Data Shared with Third Parties

The Application uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. As part of this service, Google may receive the data described in section 2.2. No additional data is shared with any other third party.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Application uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent before any personalized data is processed for advertising purposes. Users can withdraw or modify their consent at any time.

2.5 Security

The developer does not collect, store or transmit personal data on its own systems. Any data processing carried out by Google AdMob is governed by Google’s own security and privacy policies.

2.6 User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD), users have the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

Since the developer does not directly collect personal data, these rights should be exercised:

2.7 Children

Doodle Road Fury is not directed at children under 13 years of age. The target audience is general (teenagers and adults). The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data, please contact edu.revilla.vaquero@gmail.com so the data can be deleted.
